Q) Can I take fiber everyday?
A) Short answer: yes. Long answer: it’s always best to get most nutrition (including fiber) from diet. Increasing vegetables, fruits and whole grains are the best option. However, if it is too difficult to get the adequate amount of fiber through your diet, then you can take fiber daily.
Be careful if you are just starting out with fiber supplements; starting out with too much, too quickly can make you bloated, gassy and miserable. Use the natural, bulk-forming fibers and use just enough to keep regular.
